A tasty little appetizer. Ingredients:
1 pound large mushrooms |
3 oz. cream cheese |
1 medium onion,chopped |
4 pieces cooked bacon,crumbled |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Wash mushrooms. 3. Remove stems from caps, set caps aside. 4. Chop stems, set aside. 5. Mix cream cheese,chopped onion,bacon and chopped stems. 6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture. 7. Place the stuffed caps on a buttered cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. |
