I make this when I don't want just plain rice. It is simple and easy but does boost the rice up a little. Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice |
2 cups water |
1 chicken bouillon cube |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 green onion, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan. 2. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes until water is absorbed. 3. When done, fluff rice. |
