I made this recipe up; it is really flavorful with onions and boullion. Ingredients:
2 lbs pork chops |
pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 onion, sliced |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Season pork chops, in a baking dish, with pepper and paprika. 2. Add boullion cubes, onion, and water. 3. Cover with foil paper. 4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours or until tender. 5. Uncover and allow to brown, not burn, making sure there is still water in the bottom of the pan, for 10 to15 minutes. |
