i use instant mashed potatoes and this is a good side on busy days Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 cup milk |
1 1/3 cups instant potato flakes |
1 tablespoon horseradish, grated more if you like |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. bring water and butter to a boil 2. add milk and cook 1 more minute. 3. add horseradish and pepper. 4. stir 5. add potato flakes 6. stir. 7. add sour cream 8. stir. |
