I made this up and it tasted so good that I had to post it to remember what I did. Ingredients:
1 onion |
1 lb ground beef |
2 teaspoons spice worlds garlic and ginger seasoning or 2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package mccormick's chili seasoning mix |
24 ounces tomato sauce |
8 cups water |
1 cup grated cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 cups uncooked macaroni |
Directions:
1. Chop onion fine. 2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic and ginger seasoning. 3. Add tomato sauce and 3 cups water. 4. Cook down for 30 minutes. 5. Add 2 cups elbow macaroni. 6. Add 4 cups water; cook until done (you may need to add a little more water if your macaroni needs it). 7. Add cheese. 8. Garnish with spoon of sour cream. |
