Ingredients:
1 lb ground deer meat |
1/2 lb lean sausage meat |
3 slices soft bread, torn into pieces |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon sage |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 cup milk |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1 egg |
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon celery salt |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly. 3. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done. |
