2 lbs venison |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 teaspoon red pepper |
2 sliced garlic cloves |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. cut meat into strips. 2. mix ingredients. 3. marinade meat, covered, in fridge over night. 4. place on foil in 200* oven with door propped open. |
