Deep Red Apple Cider (Crock-Pot)

I haven't tried this one yet, but it sounds good. From Fix-It and Forget-It Recipes for Entertaining by Phyllis Pellman Good & Dawn J. Ranck.
Ingredients:
5 cups apple cider
3 cups dry red wine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
1/4 teaspoon whole allspice
1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover.
3. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
4. Remove cloves, allspice, and cinnamon before serving.
5. Variation: You can use 8 cups apple cider and no red wine.
