A simple recipe that tastes good and goes well with french fries and chilli garlic sauce . Ingredients:
8 pieces prawns medium size |
1/2 cup flour plain |
1 tsp baking powder |
water |
soya sauce |
salt |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder and water into a runny batter . 2. Season the prawns with soya sauce and salt , mix them in the batter . 3. Deep fry them until golden brown. 4. Serve hot |
