Deep Fried Fish....easiest and one of the best way to enjoy river fish Ingredients:
1 kilo - river fish or any of your favorite fish |
1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste |
1 tsp - red chilli powder |
1 tsp - salt |
1 tsp - turmeric powder |
1 tsp - oil |
2 - 3 cups - oil for deep frying |
Directions:
1. Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl, put the fish pieces in and shake it so as to ensure that the pieces are well coated with the marinate ingredients and marinate it overnight or minimum 1 hour 2. Deep Fry the fish pieces till crips |
