Bring on the coleslaw!!! You'll love this one! Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup milk |
1 1/2 lbs catfish meat |
oil (for deep frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Heat oil to 365F degrees. 3. Dip fish in milk, then in flour mixture. 4. Fry a few at a time, turning once, about 2 minutes each side. 5. Drain on paper towels. |
