Made with rice flour; Southeast Asian Specialities, Konemann, pretty cookbook. Ingredients:
3 bananas |
2 cups rice flour |
2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup coconut milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Cut bananas into 4 inch pieces. 2. Mix rice flour, water or coconut milk, sugar, and salt into a smooth batter. 3. Dip banana pieces in batter. 4. Fry in oil until golden brown and floating. |
