Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (3- to 3 1/2-pound) broiler-fryer, cut up |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture. Deep fry in hot oil (375°) 15 minutes or until golden brown. Drain chicken well on paper towels. |
