1/2 lb ground chuck |
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped |
1 cup bisquick |
1/4 cup cold water |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Grease an 8x8 pan. 2. Brown ground beef and onion, then drain. 3. Mix Bisquick and water until dough forms. 4. Pat in pan, pressing 1/2 inch up sides. 5. Layer beef, tomatoes, and green pepper in pan. 6. Mix last 3 ingredients together. 7. Spoon sour cream mixture over top of peppers. 8. Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes. |
