modified weight watchers deep dish pizza Ingredients:
2 cups portabella mushrooms |
1 cup frozen stir fry vegetables |
2 cups super chunky tomatosauce |
10 oz. pizza crust dough |
6 oz. kraft natural shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Saute mushrooms and vegetables in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add tomatoes, and cook until heated through. 4. coat a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. 5. Unroll pizza crust dough, and press into bottom and halfway up sides of the baking dish. 6. Top the pizza crust with mushroom mixture. 7. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 12 minutes. 8. Top with cheese, and bake 5 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts. 9. Cool 5 minutes before serving. 10. Serve with a salad mixed field greens and a fat-free or low-fat vinaigrette. |
