5 medium apples |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup dark brown sugar |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Slice apples and put in a baking dish. 3. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. 4. Cream butter, egg, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk together. Spread over apples. 5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
