For mushroom lovers. A delicious dark sauce that looks and tastes great. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 lb fresh mushrooms |
1 green pepper, cut bite size |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in frying pan. 2. Add onion. 3. Saute until soft. 4. Add mushrooms and green pepper. 5. Saute about 5 minutes, stirring often. 6. Add remaining ingredients. 7. Stir to combine and heat. |
