Deep Dark Chocolate Cupcakes |

This is my personal favorite! It's excellent for birthdays, anniversarys or anything else where you want to decorate the cake youself. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
3/4 cup cocoa |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 2. Add the remaining ingredients except the boiling wter. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. 3. Mix in boiling water, the batter will be thin, don't worry 4. Pour into greased cupcake pans and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. |
