Another SUPER simple, yet very tastey recipe! This recipe makes A LOT of meatballs so you may want to cut it in half! We like to have a lot of leftovers for the next few days :) Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef |
2 large eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2/3 cup italian breadcrumbs |
3 minced garlic cloves |
2/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup italian seasoning |
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. 2. Knead mixture with hands until thoroughly mixed. 3. Shape into meatballs. 4. Place meatballs in a pan WITH SIDES. 5. Pour beef broth over meatballs. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
