Granola. Great cereal mix. Healthy. Easy Preparation. Given to me by a great friend (Dee Dee). Everyone likes it.
Ingredients:
6 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
1 cup honey
1 cup canola oil
1 cup coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
1 cup protein powder (natural flavor)
Directions:
1. Mix all of the above ingredients. Divide equally into 2 9 x 13 pans. Pre-heat oven to 250. Bake for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Store in covered container.
