This recipe goes with Choo-Choo Chocolate Cake Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) package plus 2 cups sifted powdered sugar |
1 cup shortening |
1/3 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and shortening in a medium mixing bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Add water slowly; beat 10 minutes. Add salt and vanilla; mix well.
2. Decorator Icing will keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
