Using only the best of ingredients, this takes the classic nicoise and turns it into a barbecue extravaganza. This recipe courtesy of Looby on our Easter trip Ingredients:
tuna steaks - one per person bbq-ed with olive oil, salt and pepper |
2 new potatoes per person |
5-8 beans per person |
10 olives per person |
1 soft boiled egg per person |
anchovy mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes and cut into wedges 2. Peel the soft boiled eggs 3. Blanch the beans 4. BBQ the tuna steaks 5. Construct, finishing with the tuna steaks on top. 6. Drizzle with anchovy mayonnaise |
