Be advised, honey is not recommended for children under the age of two. Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 1/4 cups honey |
Directions:
1. Put the onion in a shallow bowl and pour on the honey to cover. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for about 8 hours, or overnight. Discard the onion and bottle the syrup. Swirl 1 tablespoon of the syrup in tea or hot water, 3 times a day. 2. If the weather is damp: Take the syrup as is. 3. If the weather is dry: Swirl 1 teaspoon lemon juice into the tea or hot water before drinking. |
