CHOCOLATE Melt in your mouth truffles. Yum!!!!! Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
2 cups milk chocolate chips |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
finely chopped nuts (your choice) |
Directions:
1. In a smallish saucepan, bring your cream to a simmer and then turn off the heat. 2. Dump in the chocolate and let it sit for several minutes. 3. Give it a stir until it’s smooth and chill until firm. 4. Roll into balls and roll the balls in nuts to coat. 5. Store in the fridge, but serve at room temperature. |
