My coworker made chocolate cake with homemade chocolate frosting for my birthday. It was so good I thought I'd share it with you. Cooking time is approximate. Ingredients:
1/4 cup baking cocoa |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 -1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, to thicken |
Directions:
1. Stir together the cocoa, butter, milk, and sugar in a pot on the stove till smooth.
2. Remove from the heat.
3. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until the frosting is at the consistency you'd like.
4. Enjoy!
