Deb's Japanese Chicken Wings |

My kids love these and there's never any leftovers. Pleasantly sweet. Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
2 eggs |
12 chicken wings, seperated at joints |
3 tablespoons soya sauce |
3 tablespoons water |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Dip wings in beaten eggs and flour and brown in frying pan. 2. Place in shallow baking pan and spoon sauce over top. 3. Bake in oven at 350F for 30 minutes. 4. Turn over and baste every 10 minutes. 5. Remove from oven when sauce thickens and chicken is browned. |
