This recipe was prepared for our 2007 PRC Corporate Cook-off. (Courtesy of Deb Monaghan) Ingredients:
76 meatballs (1 package found in the freezer section) |
12 ounces barbecue sauce (one bottle) |
6 ounces apricot jam (1 jar) |
Directions:
1. Bake meatballs as directed. 2. In a sauce pan combine the bbq sauce and jam. 3. Add meatballs, heat through. |
