A friend of mine brought this to work many years ago for a dessert contest and it won, hands down. It's easy because it starts with a cake mix...but you'd NEVER know. It tastes like you slaved for hours. I like to serve it on a plate with a puddle of homemade raspberry sauce. Yum!!! Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix |
4 2/3 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix |
1/2 cup brewed coffee |
4 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup kahlua |
2 cups chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together; make a well and add wet ingredients. 2. Mix well and cook in a greased bundt pan in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. |
