Another good easy one to fill the tins with :) Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup coconut |
1 cup brown sugar |
3 cups corn flakes |
150 g butter (melted) |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Add the vanilla to the melted butter and add to the dry mixture. 3. Press into a greased sponge roll/slice tin and bake for 25mins at 180'C. 4. Ice with your favourite chocolate icing. |
