Ingredients:
1 cup(s) sugar |
3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
1/2 cup(s) vinegar |
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ginger |
3 cup(s) chicken cooked, deboned, diced |
1 cup(s) onion chopped |
1 can(s) sliced water chestnuts, 8 oz drained |
1 can(s) 4 oz sliced mushrooms drained |
1 can(s) pineapple chunks save juice |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch, then add next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring, until thickened. Pour in freezer container with chicken, fruit, and vegetables and freeze. 2. When thawed, bake, uncovered, or 45 minutes at 350 degrees F |
