Stand back and watch it disappear! People eat this stuff up so fast...and they go wild for the avacados. If you're not into fat-free or light, feel free to use the full fat options. Ingredients:
1 can refried beans (i use the fat-free beans) |
1 envelope taco seasoning mix |
2 avocados, mashed |
2 cups light sour cream |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup colby cheese |
sliced black olives |
diced tomato |
Directions:
1. Spread refried beans on a pizza pan. 2. Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning. 3. Spread mashed avacados over bean layer. 4. Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning. 5. Spread sour cream over avacado layer. 6. Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning. 7. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over sour cream layer. 8. Top with black olive slices and diced tomatoes if you choose. 9. Serve with tortilla chips. |
