Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into serving pieces |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 fresh garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a baking dish. 2. Place chicken in a baking dish, and sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes. 4. Pour off the fat. 5. Pour half the sauce over the chicken return to the oven uncovered for another 15 minutes, basting with the other half of the sauce. |
