Debbies French Coconut Pie |

This is my favorite pie. I make this often. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring |
3 eggs, large |
1 cup coconut, flaked |
1/2 cup milk |
1 pie shell, unbaked |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. 2. Cream butter and sugar. 3. Add one egg at a time, beating BY HAND after each. 4. Add milk and flavorings. Add coconut and mix well. 5. Pour into pie shell. 6. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until set. 7. Do Not Refrigerate. |
