Death by Chocolate Cookies |

Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) packages bakers semisweet baking chocolate |
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup margarine |
2 large eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
2 cups chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°. 2. Coarsly chop 8 squares of chocolate and set aside. 3. Microwave remaining squares in large microwavable bowl for 1-2 minutes. 4. Stir until smooth. 5. Stir in sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. 6. Stir in flour and baking powder. 7. Stir in chopped up chocolate and nuts. 8. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. 9. Bake 12-13 minutes or until puffed and set to touch. 10. Cool 1 minute. 11. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. |
