1 cup sugar |
1 cup flour |
1 tbsp cocoa powder |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/3 cup melted butter |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
hot water |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. in a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, melted butter, vanilla, and milk. 3. pour into a pyrex pan and bake for 20 minutes 4. while it is in the oven, prepare the syrup. 5. SYRUP 6. in a liquid measuring cup, put the brown sugar in, then pour over it the hot water. fill until the 1 cup line. mix well. 7. after the 20 minutes, take the cake out of the oven and pour the syrup on top of it. 8. bake for another 20 minutes. 9. 3njoy! |
