Death By Caramel Bars

From Southern Living. An insane amount of caramel make these bars absolutely irresistible.
Ingredients:
3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
2 cups butter-melted
3 large eggs-lightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 2.07oz peanut candy bars(such as snickers)-chopped
1 14oz can dulce de leche
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir well.
3. Combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture, stirring until just blended.
4. Fold in candy bars.
5. Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan lined with foil. Coat foil with cooking spray. Pan will be full.
6. Spoon dollops of dulce de leche over batter. Swirl slightly into batter with a knife.
7. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
8. Cool brownies completely in pan. This may take several hours.
9. Lift foil out of pan. Peel away sides and cut brownies into 24 squares.

11. Dulce de leche is basically caramel. It can be found on the international aisle in most supermarkets.
