Deanna's Eggs, Chives and Bacon |

This is my DD's new favorite dish to cook herself, she goes into the garden and cuts fresh chives and makes this for breakfast, snack, anything. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon chives |
2 teaspoons bacon bits |
2 teaspoons cheddar cheese |
1/4 teaspoon chives |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, 1 t. chives, bacon bits and cheese. 2. In a lightly oiled, non stick pan, cook together over medium heat. 3. Garnish with remaining chives, salt and pepper. And ENJOY! |
