Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) button mushrooms, washed, dried, and coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup(s) canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed |
1/2 cup(s) celery, washed, dried, and coarsely chopped |
1 1/2 ounce(s) deli style ham, cut into strips |
3 ounce(s) deli style turkey breast, cut into strips |
1 cup(s) green leaf lettuce, washed, dried, and torn into large pieces |
1 medium apple |
4 teaspoon(s) olive oil and vinegar dressing |
1 ounce(s) reduced fat cheese, julienned |
Directions:
1. Toss lettuce with chickpeas, mushrooms, and celery. Dress, toss, and add meat and cheese. Serve apple for dessert. 2. oil and vinegar dressing contains 1 1/2 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp vinegar. |
