Ingredients:
8 angel hair nests cooked and drained |
2 sticks butter, melted |
5 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 large onion, diced |
2 pounds large peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed if frozen |
3 lemons, juiced |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
dash sea salt |
1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves |
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs |
1/2 cup grated parmesan |
Directions:
1. Set oven to broil 475 degrees F. 2. In a large saute pan melt butter, and saute briefly the garlic, onion, shrimp, lemon juice, seasonings, and parsley. Remove from heat. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan; sprinkle over shrimp and place under the broiler for 3 minutes. Serve over pasta. |
