Dawn's Salmon

Marinated Salmon, very tender
Ingredients:
3 lbs salmon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1/3 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Mix lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, salt, olive oil, pepper and cajun seasoning. Marinate on salmon for at least one hour.
2. Mix sour cream, mustard, mayonaise, and grated parmesan cheese in small bowl.
3. After marinating salmon, cover with sour cream mixture.
4. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
5. Place in a greased baking dish.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Bake 20 minutes per inch of thickness of fish
8. When just done, sprinkle with cheese.
