Healthy Italian Turkey Meatloaf Ingredients:
1 1/5 lbs ground turkey |
8 oz hunts tomato sauce |
2 slices white bread |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 cup fresh parsley |
1 1/2 cup white onion |
Directions:
1. Toast and crumb bread 2. Grate parmession cheese 3. Finely chop parsley and onions 4. Combine and mix all ingredients and half of the can of tomato sauce until thoroughly mixed 5. Place in 5 x9 glass baking dish 6. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes 7. Remove from oven pour remaining tomato sauce over top and sprinkle parmesan to taste over top. 8. Cook an additional 15 minutes or until done. |
