Great for steaks, from my Uncle in VA. Best used overnight. Ingredients:
1 cup oil |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons dry ground mustard |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 2. Store in tightly covered container or freezer if not used immediately. 3. Makes about 3 cups. |
