Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup dates, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar, beating contantly until thickened. Sift flour and baking powder together. Stir in walnut and dates. C ombine dry ingredients with the flour mixture. Pur batter into well greased 1 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in slow oven; 300 for 35 minute Serve with shipped cream or ice cream.
