Delicious, healthy date shake similar to one I had in a small cafe in southern California. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates |
2 cups unsweetened almond milk |
1 tablespoon chia seeds |
1 frozen banana |
1 dash ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender (preferably an industrial strength one) and blend until smooth, then serve. If you don't have a frozen banana, use a regular banana and add a couple of ice cubes. |
