From Cooking Light. Nov 2004 Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped pitted dates (about 1/2 pound) |
1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind |
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. Chill 30 minutes. 2. Note: Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. |
