Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup chopped dates |
Directions:
1. Beat egg white (at room temperature) in a medium mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Fold in pecans and dates. 2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Bake at 250° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on baking sheets. |
