An almost no-cook salad! If you do not like the idea of eating raw spinach, you can blanch it before shredding. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon white sugar, or to taste |
salt to taste |
freshly ground black pepper to taste |
1 cup shredded fresh spinach |
1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped |
1 pinch red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Mix yogurt, sugar, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Add spinach and dates; stir to combine. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. |
