Ingredients:
2 can(s) whole kernel corn
1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon(s) cornmeal
3 tablespoon(s) sugar
3 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
3/4 cup(s) milk
2 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract, optional
Directions:
1. Process one can corn in blender until smooth, scraping sides.
2. Stir together corn, remaining whole kernel corn, flour, and next 3 ingred. in a large bowl. Whisk together milk, next 3 ingred., and vanilla. Stir into corn mixture. Pour into lightly greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish.
3. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set.
