Ingredients:
2 can(s) whole kernel corn |
1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon(s) cornmeal |
3 tablespoon(s) sugar |
3 tablespoon(s) butter, melted |
3/4 cup(s) milk |
2 large eggs |
1/8 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract, optional |
Directions:
1. Process one can corn in blender until smooth, scraping sides. 2. Stir together corn, remaining whole kernel corn, flour, and next 3 ingred. in a large bowl. Whisk together milk, next 3 ingred., and vanilla. Stir into corn mixture. Pour into lightly greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set. |
