Ingredients:
5 celery stalks chopped |
5 green onions chopped |
2 yellow onions chopped |
1 white onions chopped |
2 green peppers chopped |
1 yellow pepper chopped |
12 clove(s) garlic minced |
2 teaspoon(s) oregano |
2 teaspoon(s) basil |
1 teaspoon(s) thyme |
4 tablespoon(s) parsley |
1 can(s) tomato paste |
3 can(s) whole tomatoes 28oz each can |
1 1/2 jar(s) whole sun dried tomatoes in oil 8 1/2 oz ea |
2 bay leaves |
1- 1/2 cup(s) red wine |
3/4 cup(s) water |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Place first 11 ingredients in dutch oven and saute in oil (use oil from sun dried tomatoes) until tender 2. Add tomato paste, whole tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, bay leaves, red wine, water, and salt 3. Simmer until done-about 45 minutes |
