Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) cumin |
1 - 2 dash(es) garlic powder |
4 pound(s) ground beef |
3 medium onions |
2 tablespoon(s) oregano |
pinto beans, if desired |
salt & pepper to taste |
1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
6 ounce(s) tomato paste (min 6 oz.) |
2 can(s) tomatoes and juice (#2 can) |
1 package(s) williams chili powder |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in skillet or large pan. Drain very well. Saute onions in skillet after removing meat to drain. Add meat and rest of ingredients. Simmer over medium to low heat, adding water as needed, for 2 hours or more. Add pinto beans, if desired. |
